Our collections range from necklaces and earrings to bracelets and rings, reflecting both classic and contemporary designs. We are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences and are seeking a dedicated Studio Manager to oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Studio Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the studio, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for clients and staff.

    •    Team Leadership: Supervise and support studio staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

    •    Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking of products.

    •    Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and assist clients in selecting jewelry pieces.

    •    Sales and Marketing: Collaborate on sales strategies, promotions, and events to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue.

    •    Financial Oversight: Manage sales transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.

    •    Facility Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and visually appealing, aligning with brand standards.

Qualifications:

    •    Experience: Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry.

    •    Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

    •    Customer Service: Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

    •    Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

    •    Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
